Safety standards that may apply to our work
Depending on the task and exposure, Rest Easy Recovery operations may be subject to OSHA requirements addressing Bloodborne Pathogens, Personal Protective Equipment, Respiratory Protection, Hazard Communication and, when its scope requirements are met, HAZWOPER. Job-specific procedures and protective measures are selected according to the hazards present.
Florida biomedical-waste compliance
Florida treats trauma-scene cleanup providers as biomedical-waste generators and, when transporting regulated quantities, biomedical-waste transporters. Rest Easy Recovery maintains its compliance documentation separately from training certificates. Permit or registration identifiers will be published here only after issuance and verification.
